Shipping & Returns

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods (selected by you) via Delhivery:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 3-5 business days between major metro areas (subject to any local or regional restrictions and peak seasonality)
  • Express Delivery: Delivery takes 2-4 business days between major metro areas (subject to any local or regional restrictions and peak seasonality)
  • International Delivery (subject to country and any local restrictions): We currently do not support International delivery. Please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements before placing the order.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase; unless your order is above INR 2000 in which case you will be offered free standard delivery. For Cash on Delivery orders, a separate Shipping fee is applied.

We aim to fulfil your order by the next business day (for orders placed on Friday, they will get fulfilled on Monday). Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside India your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes.

 

Refunds & Cancellations 

Refunds

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken or damaged;

In case of a damaged product, please send a photo of the damaged product to hello@zewar.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of product. Failing to do so (on time) might result in voiding the return process. Upon confirmation and acknowledgement by the Admin team, the next steps will be communicated via email.

Please note that refunds do not apply to the following goods:
  • Sale items;
  • Discounted Items;
  • Earrings; and
  • User/Consumer damaged goods - physical handling or by the use of perfume and other chemicals on the product.
