How should I store my jewelry?
We recommend storing your jewelry in plastic pouches and not in the provided jewelry pouch on it's own. This causes moisture to come in and can lead to untimely tarnishing. When jewelry is stored in plastic pouches and kept out of moisture locations (like bathrooms), they will retain their original sheen and shine for longer.
How do I keep my jewelry looking it's best?
To keep your jewellery bright and shiny, polish with a soft, lint-free cloth like cotton or microfibre. Be gentle, jewellery containing gemstones are more fragile, so please take extra care when cleaning. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels.
Can you repair my jewelry?
We do not repair jewellery and if a setting is damaged causing a stone to fall out, we cannot replace it. Settings can be damaged by; any, applied pressure, hitting a hard surface inadvertently or catching and snagging on clothing. However, in case of a truly faulty product, we will work with you to procure a replacement piece. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form to reach us in such a scenario.
